Covid-19 Update

We are shipping orders as usual, with our warehouse team working Monday-Friday while adhering to social distancing regulations.

Shipping

All products will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days from the date of order placed.

If in case the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver to you, in that case the order will be considered completed. We will attempt one more time to deliver the product after taking the proper address from the customer and the customer will have to pay for shipping charges.

Please note: If there are any delays in product shipment, we will inform the customer with updates on new dispatch timings and details.

Delivery details will be provided by the company to customers through mail with expected delivery date and with consignment number for tracking the product delivery before shipment.

Disclaimer: Any custom charges, brokerage fee or any taxes applicable by the destination country will be borne by the customer and the company will not be responsible for it.

Returns:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Product once bought cannot be returned or exchanged except for defects, and to be intimated within 12 hours after receiving the shipment. You can write to us at hello@hygnity.com with order details, relevant pictures and describe the nature of the defect. Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back for our evaluation along with the original box and invoice to - Sicora Technologies Private Limited - 401, Legacy, Dadabhai Road, Near Bhavans College, Andheri West, Mumbai 400058. 

We appreciate your understanding that we do not have a refund policy. We apologize for the inconvenience and delay caused. For all returns due to defects only, the amount can be adjusted against the same product or we are happy to replace it with another order immediately.
