Subscription Policy


Subscriptions can be changed or cancelled at any time before your next order ships. Update the delivery frequency, adjust the product size, and even swap the product! All while still saving big. Our customer support team is always happy to help you.


  1. Subscription is confirmed on payment of the plan
  2. COD available on subscription
  3. Subscription packs will be delivered within the first 7 days of every month of the subscription. 
  4. Additional discounts, promotions or any kind of offer cannot be clubbed with subscription.
  5. In case of dispute, the decision of the management will be final. 
  6. Subscriptions for retail customers only. 
  7. Management reserves the right to withdraw or change the offer without any prior notice.

Cancelling a Subscription plan

If you need to cancel your subscription before the ship date of the scheduled next order, sign into your account here​​ and go to the Subscriptions page (on the top). Then, next to the relevant subscription click on Edit > Cancel subscription.


Cancellations done in this way are only applicable on future subscription orders. They do not apply if you are trying to cancel an order on its ship date. For such orders, contact a team member as soon as possible. We'll do our best to catch your package before it leaves our warehouse.


Cancelling an order but not your Subscription plan

There might be times when you need to cancel only the upcoming subscription order if you have too much of it left to use or if you are travelling. In this case, if the cancellation is being done before the ship date, sign into your account here​​ and go to the Subscriptions page (on the top). Then, next to the relevant subscription click on Edit > Edit the relevant fields (next order date, frequency etc.).


If you are trying to make this adjustment on the ship date, contact a team member as soon as possible. We'll do our best to catch your package before it leaves our warehouse and help you make the necessary adjustments to your subscription plan.
